The Henry, the fifteenth concept from Sam Fox, is a modern, utilitarian, three-meal restaurant with an “industrial warehouse meets urban den retreat” feel. The building was stripped to expose its bones, and then carefully re-layered with durable and authentic materials, furnishings, and artwork to create a sophisticated, eclectic sensory experience. CMDA evokes the memory of your favorite neighborhood restaurant, creating a familiar and relaxing atmosphere that makes The Henry the perfect place to share with friends.
At the entry, a busy coffee bar is uniquely nestled under the stairs that lead up to the restaurant’s corporate headquarters. The inviting lounge entices guests to relax on eclectic furnishings of varied decades. Materials such as white oak flooring, naturally patinated tile, warm woods, and lushly patterned upholstered chairs adorn the space, while a focal drapery paneled window wall accentuates the double height space. The intimate dining room, with rich leather banquettes, entertains diners with views to the bustling expo kitchen.
